Next Steps in Social Media
Social media is evolving constantly, with new and exciting ways to engage with potential customers at your fingertips. It is often a term used to describe systems and services that utilise a users social graph and enhance the social capital within groups. In this workshop Dr. Paul Coulton will explore not only what these terms mean in reality but explore how they are changing our behaviour with other media particularly television. Paul will present a recent study on how Twitter was used alongside prime TV shows such as X-Factor and Strictly Come Dancing to examine the role mobile will take as a second screen for our interaction with television.
Be among the first to adopt new approaches and embrace emerging technologies to stay ahead of this dynamic and fast paced industry. This workshop will give you insight into future uses of social media and gives you the opportunity to quiz an industry expert.
Why attend and what will you get out of it?
- Learn what the future of social media looks like
- Discover additional potential approaches to social media
- Uncover ways to exploit social media within your business
- Become aware of market trends and plan ahead to stay on top of the game
- Quiz an industry expert on your areas of interest or concern
